Welcome to GolfEverything. These terms apply when you use golfeverything.com.au, operated by Golf Everything Pty Ltd (ABN 59 697 040 261). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us

GolfEverything is an Australian golf equipment comparison platform and a premium golf cap brand. We help you compare pricing and features across Australian retailers, and we sell our own caps directly.

Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it — including not attempting to interfere with its operation, scrape data for commercial resale, or impersonate another person when placing an order.

Product comparisons and pricing information

Our equipment comparisons, including the GolfEverything Score, are provided as general buying intelligence to help you make an informed decision. We source pricing and product data from third-party retailers and update it regularly, but prices, stock, and specifications can change on the retailer's site faster than we can reflect here. Always confirm current price and availability on the retailer's own site before purchasing there. We don't guarantee the accuracy of third-party retailer information and aren't responsible for your experience on their sites.

Affiliate links

We don't currently have any affiliate or referral partnerships in place. If we do in future — most likely direct partnerships with individual retailers, rather than through an affiliate network — some outbound links to those retailers may earn us a commission on purchases made after you click through, at no extra cost to you. This will never influence how we score or compare products, and we'll update this policy before any such links go live.

Orders and payment

Prices on golfeverything.com.au for our own products (caps) are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unexpectedly out of stock — in which case we'll notify you and refund any payment in full.

Intellectual property

The GolfEverything name, logo, GolfEverything Score, and site content are owned by Golf Everything Pty Ltd or used under licence. You're welcome to share links to our pages, but please don't reproduce our content, branding, or scoring methodology without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GolfEverything isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on our comparisons. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
