Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. If you're after international shipping, email us at support@golfeverything.com.au — we're evaluating this as the range grows.

Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Founders Collection bundles may take longer given the premium packaging process — we'll email you if there's any delay beyond this window.

Delivery times and cost

• Individual cap orders: flat rate of $9.99 across Australia.
• Founders Collection bundles: delivery is included in the $180 AUD price.
• Typical delivery time is 2–6 business days for metro areas and up to 10 business days for regional and remote addresses, once dispatched, via Australia Post.

These are estimates from our carrier, not guarantees — factors outside our control (peak periods, weather, remote delivery networks) can extend them.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@golfeverything.com.au with your order number. We'll lodge an investigation with the carrier and sort out a replacement or refund under our Refund & Returns Policy — you won't be left out of pocket for a carrier's mistake.
